Crank Sprocket Reassembly

Hi all. It's been a few years since I took my shortblock apart due to illness. Now I have no damn idea how some parts go back together

Could someone explain the order of installation for the crank sprocket and other things that go on the end of the crank? I can't find anything on here or in my books. Where do you set the timing mark when the engine is at TDC? And what is the point of that brass plate?

1st pic shows the order from Crank End> Driverside Fender
The Crank bolt/washer will bolt all (3) Pieces down

2nd pic, the circle part, the little cut end on the plate is an alignment mark that mates with the mark on the oil pump. (Picture shows TDC)
