Remove the 4 bolts anchoring it in. Remove pulley.

It is often a misconception that the crank bolt anchors the pulley.
Of course, this is assuming you've made it as far as removing the a/c and alternator belts and the lower timing cover.

why are you taking it off? do you want the outside one or the inside one thats for the timing belt? if its the inside one you need to take off the alt, wp, and ps belts, the water pump pullys usually need to come off but their a bi*** to get back on so buy a longer bolt that fits remove one bolt, replace it with the long one and just put a few turns on it and remove the other ones this way you can move it out of the way without taking it off completely, (you'll thank me later) and oh u might need to take that motor mout out it makes life a little easier but u dont have to. take the timing cover bolts out, and undo the big bolt in the middle of the crank and the gear will come off along with the timing belt (loosen the tensioner first it should be a 10 or 12mm).
