Crank issues/HB

So I have replaced my HB as well as all the belts on my 95 GST and my HB is still rubbing against the timing belt cover making a horrible noise. What else could be the cause of crank movement? I know the HB hasnt seperated and the car runs fine but just sounds like shit. None of the signs of crank walk are there either so I have no clue. Anyone else had this problem or have any ideas?

Harmonic Balancer, or crank pulley. Whatever you want to call it.

Check to make sure all the bolts that hold the lower timeing belt cover are still there. And check to see that the balancer does appear to wobble when it's running.

Just got back from Mitsubishi, the damage is a missing keyway so my crank sprocket has play in it as well as a balance shaft going bad? So basically it came down to labor being more expensive than just replacing the engine. So now I have the job of picking out a new motor to drop in it. Anyone have any suggestions on that?
