Crack inside of exhaust manifold harmful?

I recently purchased a used ported 2G exhaust manifold off of eBay. The outside had been glass treated and the inside ported. The outside looks in good condition but inside where the runners form to one pipe, that tongue like piece of metal has two cracks in it. Will this possibly lead to more cracking or might it just stop inside?

It might, but the exhaust stuff usually has a crack or two. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it looks like it's about to break through.
