couple questions ;taking some things out

Well I am parting out my 98 gsx and just have 2 questions, how do i take the door handles off,i started using a flat head but seems like i might brake it,is this the way to do it,and how do i take out the passenger side air bag safely?

and the passenger airbag should unbolt from the underneath the dash, just unplug it first.
