Couple questions on my setup

I am curently building a 2.1 destroker engine. 2.4 7 bolt block 2.0 head.
1. Dont I need the cam gears off a 2.4 dohc to set the timing on this engine?
2. Does anybody make an exhaust housing for a Garrett 57 trim to bolt to a Mitsubishi flange?
3. I currently have GM Maft and Afc Neo with FIC 650 injectors and RC 680's laying around. My question is I want to put the Garret 57 trim on which injectors would be best with my current setup?
I already have a eprom and will be going to link in a few months and am thinking about converting to e85 when I do, would 1200cc injectors be about right with my mods?

I realize 680's over 650's isnt a big difference but i know im getting close to the afc's adjustments. I want to install my 57trim but want to be able to use it to its potential but dont want to run some make shift tubular manifold to bolt it on.
