Please bare with me guys. I'm trying to explain this as clear as I can. When I first got the car it was ghetto rigged and I'm trying to fix it.

Ok, first off when I bought the car (90 Talon TSI AWD) it came with some weird intake manifold (I asked people on the forum and no one knew what it was), so I decided to put the stock one back on. In the process (stupid me) when I took the throttle body off didn't mark off where the coolant hoses go from the bottom of the TB. It looks that one of them goes to the thermostat housing, but the other one I have no clue where it goes. So which coolant hoses go where on the TB? If you have any pics that would help a lot. Oh and by the way this is a 90 TB.

Another problem is, I'm not sure which vacum hose the bov connect to on the intake manifold. The one all the way on the left I have blocked off, I know where that goes. But there are 2 other nipples sticking out. Ones for the bov and I don't know what the other ones for. Here's a pic.

Another thing is I just mounted the power transistor right by the intake manifold and when I went to go plug it in, the connector that supposed to connect into it seems like it's not long enough. Maybe I have the wrong power transistor? Were there diffent types in certain year 1g's?

If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for the help. I looked at both of those links. Unfortunatly none of them answered my questions. Will continue searching like I've been doing.

Those coolant lines on the bottom of the TB are for the fast air idle valve. Trace your coolant lines from around the thermostat housing towards the firewall and you will find a nipple or maybe a small section a hose to hookup the other coolant line. It shouldn't be hard to figure which one goes where. Make sure you clamp them down securely and then add more fluid.

Left side is for the BOV, Right side is for fuel pressure regulator solenoid...

The right nipple is for the BOV and the left one goes to the valve cover(pcv valve I think). hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies. I'm a little confused because one person is saying the nipple on the left is for the bov and someone is saying it's the right nipple. Which one is it? Heh. I know the on all the way to the far left that is standing striaght up is for the pcv valve.

Since my motor was half torn apart when I got the car I can't give you a definitive answer... I am just looking at the vacuum diagram from Taboo and it says the right nipple is for the Fuel Pressure Regulator, left nipple is for BOV...
