2G Could I reasonably expect to rev to 9K with this setup?

Alright, new to the DSM game here, and I have a few questions. I bought my 96 Talon TSI FWD a little while ago. I have a stock 4g63 block sitting in the garage with it, and I want to eventually(probably next year) build it with forged internals, good cams, valve springs, etc... 16G turbo, which I know will probably run out of boost by the time I hit 9K, but I won't be all the time. Does the goal of hitting 9K rpm's seem attainable with forged internals, kiggly valve springs, HKS 272 cams, ect? Just curious, please don't be afraid to shoot me down, I really don't know much about 4 cyl cars in general. Thanks in advance

So I've been doing a lot of research lately, and I think I'm gonna go with a HX35, forged internals, worked 2g head, and possibly a set of 264 cams. Don't really want a lope like from the 272's, so I kinda wanna go with a set of 264's. Any advice on any of this? Looking for around 500HP. This will be a lengthy build process, and I'm not in a hurry, so I would have time to save the money to do things right. The trans will be built to handle it, and I will be most likely getting a SouthBend clutch, so I should be good there. Possibly a SMIM, big injectors, everything else that goes with a high HP build goal... Any advice would be appreciated. Really kinda got off the original topic, but I think it still pertains to the original question, just I am not looking to rev to 9k anymore.

The kelford 272 won't lope too bad. People who have crazy lope on these are pushing it 750 rpm lean on idle to give that affect. Haha.
I would recommend a 7 blade hx35 in a twin scroll t3. Also a good twin scroll mani.
If you plan on doing bolt on go hx40 with billet 7 blade. 500whp on bolt on hx35 is not going to happen and if it did show us please haha. It's too tough. Hx40 for bolt on. Hx35 for t3. You still might be shy with the t3 but you will be closer and overall better off then hx35 bolt on.

My current build for 500whp is billet hx40 bolt on. Evo3 intake manifold, kelford 272, walbro 450 rewired. Bosch 1600cc low z injectors, dsmlink, speed density. Straight 3 inch exhaust, And lots of e85 haha. this is about the best bang for the buck for this hp goal and keeping it reliable.

Thanks for the advice. That build is almost exactly what I am shooting for. Just 7 bolt instead of 6 bolt. Wanna hit around 500 HP. Thanks for the help
