I have a rusty pulley wheel sound. It's a sporadic sound, and of course never happens when actually at the mitsu service department.
They claim it's *probably* the idler tension pulley. But they also claim that to check it, it'll cost me nearly the same as an entire timing belt change, since the process is the same.
Is that true? Is it that difficult (for a mitsu dealer) to check, adjust, and/or replace the idler pulley?
