YouTube - Cops kick suspect in the head for no reason!

My thoughts..I think the guy deserved it. Don't run from the damn cops. Stop breaking the law, assholes. The guy endangered the lives of everybody on the streets, including the cops who had to chase him..kids playing, women, moms, etc. Just so he won't go to jail. So #### him I say. Should the cop be penalized? Sure..fine him maybe, I don't know, $250 or something..I'm sure he'd say it was worth every penny anyways, but he shouldn't lose his job or anything near that severe. & The 'victim' shouldn't see a penny of any lawsuit money. This country's too easy on criminals. There's so many loopholes for them it's ridiculous. I'd say if you run from the cops, they should be allowed to beat your ass. Maybe if people knew that they'd think twice before running.

Discuss.

#### Yes that was awesome and Hell no I don't think he should be penalized. Too bad he'll get fired by all the Liberal media that will slander and make him out to be a racist.

A little more police brutality isn't necessarily a bad thing. It might make people think twice before breaking the law.

If I'm dumb enough to run from the cops, I almost hope one of them kicks me in the head. It might knock some sense back into me.

I'm talking a police state either, far from it. I just think that some criminals get off too easily after blatantly endangering the lives of everyone around them.

If all these arrests get marked as police brutality, next thing you know, cops will have to tackle people with pillows and restrain them with padded handcuffs.

And the slow motion replays... brilliant.

stupid guy for running from the cops in the first place, but honostly, have you ever been in trouble with the law. the guy gave hiself up. no need to kick a man when hes already down. i would get beating his ass if he was still up, but not on the ground, thats just sad.

Didn't kick hard enough. The guy could still twitch.

"Giving up" would have been to stop when lit-up. Or, not running another eighth of a mile after totaling two cars. He didn't "give up", he just ran out of wind. Save it for the ones standing up? What, because the bad guys play "fair"?

I've kind of had a different outlook since my Supra was stolen. Having an apartment, a car, a storage unit and a shop all burglarized hasn't helped. I hope I never actually catch a thief in the act.

We had a better world when people were a little afraid of the cops.

The guy probably said a smart ass remark or something too. Stupid gang bangers. I love when the cop gives the otherone a high five!

Tubby cop was just upset to have to run after him or maybe he had a few near deaths chasing the guy.

You're missing the point. It is not the job of the officer to excute a punishment based on his own judgement. They are to only use as much force necessary to detain the suspect. If we allow this, then how far will the next cop go and how bad will his judgement be.

That said.... he deserved it.

Some of you guys are stupid. That cop is what you call a "pig". I can see if the guy harmed someone before the chase or if he attacked the cop but to be ####ing kicked in the head after you surrender? Dirty ass cops I tell you.

Agreed. The cop played dirty right there. He had a personal issue that the person ran and is assured a law suit there. I dont feel bad for the cop for his personal decision:nono:

well i saw that on the news and let me tell you thats not right, he's job was to catch that dude and take him straight to jail and let the court do the job but nooo he had to kick him in the face what was that for personal problems what a "PIG" , just because he is the law and he has a gun doesnt mean that he can do whatever he wants i hope he gets fired forever.

Consider this...what if you were the cop? & The guy leads you on a high speed chase..you nearly hit pedestrians crossing a street....you come within 2 feet of a mom walking her baby in a stroller..maybe you had to run a red light & had a car damn near t-bone you on the driver side..then the guy stops after hitting two cars & starts to run..you're saying if you catch up to him you wouldn't feel the least bit of anger? When you take the cops on a high speed chase, you're endangering the lives of everyone on the streets. So fu(k him. Like Defiant said, maybe if people were a little more fearful of the cops, they wouldn't do dumb shit like this. Is it honestly that hard to not break the damn law??? This country spoonfeeds criminals like this too much.

Like I said before..was the cop right? No. Did the guy deserve it though? I think so. To call the cop a pig just shows ignorance....How about this question though: Of the people calling this guy a pig, how many have been arrested themselves?? I'd imagine if you've broken the law before..if you've been arrested, then you're the type to call cops pigs. People have no damn idea how hard it is to be a cop. You're given only seconds to make certain decisions that could cost people lives, including your own. & Everybody else gets to sit there 'armchair-quarterbacking' about your decisions later on. How many cops out there have died because they were afraid to draw their gun based on the legal ramifications they could possibly face??

I've been arrested and I still dont' call them pigs, I got what I deserved, as did this guy. As stated above, he shouldn't have ran, there is a price to pay. I'm sick of people using technicalities in the law and getting nothing but a slap on the wrist after they do something horrible.

Bottom line, you act like a fool, you get treated like a fool. Been there done that learned my lesson.

I wish more cops would kick people in the head when they run? Honestly what the hell do you expect?

Local cop shot a 12 year old kid that was running away from him on christmas day years back and was fined or something stupid (kid died).

Local cop just shot a teen who was running away pulling up his pants (cop was in fear for his life) and he died too.

This was the SAME cop....who got another slap on the wrist for being trigger happy.

Sure, the guy got a swift kick in the face, but when stuff like that happens, they get a free pass to keep doing it so i personally dont agree.

Well your talking about a cop killing somebody, were talking about a cop kicking a moron in the head. WAY DIFFERENT

He is talking about a police officer not doing his job correctly, there for ruining any chances of the criminal being prosecuted for his or her crime.
When a police officer does something like kick a man in the head when he is laying on the grass with his arms spread out, the criminal gets off 99% of the time.

The OP knows this, that's not what this thread's about, read the first post.

We all know that what the cop did is against the law, but the question is, should it be?

Not sure what the crime rate is up in Anchorage, but it's pretty bad here in Indy. 15 murders in the first two weeks of this year alone. Cops sometimes see stuff going on here, and don't do anything for fear, when it's supposed to be the other way around.

We had a better world when people were a little afraid of the cops.

+1

Dude i dont hate cops i didnt call them pigs what i did said is pig to this cop because he didnt do his job right, now if you dont do your job right what happens? you will get fired.
I know that to be a cop is really hard because you never know whats going to happen.
This runner better get what he deserves:notgood:

Well I haven't been arrested as an adult but I think that guys is a Fu**ing PIG. I understand being in fear of your life and that what he did was stupid but I have dealt with a lot of power tripping cops and I think how they use their power is crap. I am a law biding citizen and I hate thieves. Also if I saw this happening down the road I live on, where my children play, i would be pissed. But that is where I would act like an adult and speak against him in a court of law. If a PIG like this kicked me in the head I would get up and beat the shit out of him. That is why we have court and jail. A cops job is to get a suspect from point a to point b not make judgment and punish somebody by kicking them in the head. And the reason cops get into so much trouble for this is because of cops who think they are a bad ass and beat people who haven't even done anything because of their race or where they live. It's crap! Leave punishment to the judge.
