cooling fan wiring help

Ive got this problem with these wires and need help. So PO cut radiator fan wires to run direct 12v,and i picked it up befor problem was diagnosed. I cant find where wires were cut from. Iv got black/red stripe and black. Im stuck. Looked all around and cannot find the same colors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any links to same engine. 98 rs auto.

Thank you. And i tried reading that. Along with Haynes but im just not circuit diagram reading inclined, yet. It would help to know where the wire leads to. The diagram shows 4 plug connector on both fans. Mine is just 2 on radiator fan. Thanks for thehelp!

Well the relays are in the fuse box in the front of the car so the power wires lead there. The grounds may or may not go to the fuse box, they probably just go to chassis ground somewhere. Each fan has a 4 pin plug stock. If you have 2 pin plugs they are not stock on the car.

Ok. Ill check it out today. Thanks for clearing that up for me!!

Ok. Ive found the white and black wires. How would i connect my 2 wire to the 3. I checked out the cooling and wiring write up on here but cant figure that out. Seems backwards to my colors i got. My driver side fan is the 2 wires. Condensor has the four.
