I have a Turbo with a Barb fitting for the coolant return line.
Its a bit kinked but not alot. The problem is. Its touching the block, So i put a regular clamp in between the hose and the block it self.
But is that still cutting it too close for the hose to melt down?
Hose came with a oil cooler, its pretty tick too.

And there is really no room to put on there a 90* barb.

ideas?

It's because of your manifold/turbo combinnation. The best way to fix it is, get a manifold that moves the turbo away from the block. I would not drive it like that though. If you don't want to buy a new manifold, take the turbo off and buy a different fitting that is at an angle.
