Kelowna,
So while I was changing my oil, I noticed a coolant leak coming from a silver pipe above the oil filter. I followed it as far as I could but it is tucked up behind what looks to be the power steering pump. Below I posted a picture, it looks like its RIGHT below the timing belt cover, what is this line for and how much work is it to change, also what parts are needed. Thanks

Thats what I thought it was the turbo water line. Its most likely is the O-ring that went bad.

It doesnt go to the turbo, the pipe is probally 1" in diameter. It looks like it goes past the turbo behind that pump there and then into the block or something?

THe turbo water line should run off of it. Its really simple just time consuming to fix.

AH HA PERFECT. Thank you ilco187 and everyone else that helped find it. It is indeed coming from the yellow area he marked on his picture. I have a feeling it is going to be a pain in the ass to fix because ive never taken the turbo off before. Does anyone know what seals it? And exactly what is to be removed to access it?

No need to take the turbo off.

I had to replace mine a couple of months ago when the car was torn apart.

Just take off the exhaust manifold remove the bolt that secures the pipe to the block and pull it out.

Then you remove the old o-ring and install the new one with a light coat of oil and reinstall.

I did this becuase I had a new gasket to the head and I was replacing my belts.
