1G Coolant in my throttle bodie?

So when you would give my car gas the throttle would stick open. So I just took throttle body off and it is gummed up with coolant. So the flapper piece open or closed unless under a lot of pressure. How did coolant get into the throttle body?! Thank you

The throttle bodie is as good as new. I did all the gaskets. AND for my car my car it isnt stock.. The engine is built besides a bigger turbo n manifold and a couple other little things.. i did JE pistons bored 20 over, eagle rods, Brian crower 272 cams, BC valves, Bc valve springs and retainers, gasket kit for whole engine. Greddy timing belt, comp clutch stage 2, fidanza fly wheel, greddy boost controler, data loger which i cant use cause its for DOS and probly a couple things im forgetting. I was 19 when i had it built and ran outta cash. I had some lawsuite money. Now im 31 tryin to get her going again..

I started my car yesterday.. no smoke or anything.. o0o and i had the balance shafts removed..

By any chance does anyone know what this stuff is wired in? The guy i got the car from years ago worked with a race team and they had a race car they all worked on.. So he has a these lil things he did.. he also did the fuel pump rewire kit..

Okay so everything is adjusted I let the car warm up the thermostat open Atop The cooling-off put the cap on. Then I noticed while it's running I hear this loud hissing sound coming from where I think was the throttle body. So I'm looking and looking to find out it is coming from the throttle body I didn't think I put the inside gasket on wrong. But I loosened it up a little bit because it's really hot and the spot where the Biz screw goes no gasket is stealing that and the hissing is coming from the front of the throttle body. Do I have the gasket on the wrong way.??
