Coolant feed line for turbo

I am grabbing all of my fittings i am going to need for my set up. I am running stainless steel oil feed and drain along with coolant lines. The only problem is that i cannot put a fitting in the thrmostat housing because there is no thread. I don't really mind taping it, but im afraid it may leak. Since i do not have AC could i use the tap for the Water tempature switch for AC. Also what is the thread of the AC switch (If you guys think i should use it instead of drilling out the factory spot).

There is no A/C switch in the 2G thermostat housing.

There are two sizes of threads used for sensors on the thermostat housings: 1/8 and 3/8 BSPT. You won't easily find a fitting for those so you'll likely end up having to tap something somewhere anyway for the stainless fittings.

I am running the 1g thermostat housing because i have a 6 bolt swap.
Also they have the fitting on summitracing.com

Yes, you can use the A/C switch location on a 1G housing.

sorry I thought maybe that both thermostat housings had it.

question though, how come the 2g thermostat housing doesnt have a coolant feed on it like the 1g and if i get a 2g head how would i run it?

Because the 2G feeds the turbo coolant from the block rather than the thermostat housing.

The 1G thermostat housing will bolt up to a 2G head. A 2G thermostat housing will not bolt up to a 1G head, however.
