I didn't do any rewiring on mine and they work fine.

I have done no rewire and I already have the same result as this link directs you to ...

"Now they should light up as: the middle two lights are parking and brake lights only, the outside bulb is strictly a blinker/4-way."

Just got done with the conversion. Well I pretty much just pulled the tail lights off one of my donor cars and put them on the talon. The kid who owned the shell before me hacked it all to hell as far as the wiring. I can't seem to find anything wrong though. Fuses are good etc.

Reverse lights don't work either if that means anything. The tail lights will come on though when I turn the lights on though.

did you resplice the wires or just plug stuff up? Some wires had to be spliced on mine. I can get you specifics tomorrow.

sorry im a day behind, the red wire with blue stripe is the power wire for the reverse lights.

whats up guys, ,recently bought a 96 talon tsi awd, with a 99 eclipse front end conversion. i was just wondering if anyone else on the site has a talon, with an eclipse front end conversion completed. i have a black car with a red bumper. just wanted a peek at a coomplete project!

Actually there's many on the site..KrazyKorean's is the one that comes to my mind though. Unless you're looking for a Talon that only has the front converted, & still has its Talon ass...

I've been wanting to change my 96 Eclipse's front bumper to a 97+ Talon's front bumper..but leave the Eclipse ass. Nobody's willing to trade those badass looking fronts though Damn 95-96 & their ugly smiles...

haha, ugly smiles? I loved my Eclipses smile. Only reason I changed to 97-99 was because my bumper got smashed. I figured what the heck, one headlight is fogged over, so since I have to replace that anyway, with a new bumper, I just bought 97-99 lights and a new bumper.

I miss the smile though. Always a good start to a day when your car smiles at you waiting for a ride, <---- kinda like that smile, haha

I need my eclipse tail lights to work like a talon. All I've found are Talon to Eclipse conversion's. Not a damn thing on Eclipse to Talon. Can someone help?

just look at the talon to eclipse directions and go backwards. pick out whats different and change it to the talon setup.

do the rear end harnesses disconect? Cause my friend with a talon wants to swap everything over to eclipse. So yeah... I might be able to use his harness if it is able to be disconected.

Thats the thread I'm reading out of... but It doesn't make any sence to me. So to make things easier, does anyone know how to delete the Signal/Emergency Voltage out of the Brake Lights Voltage? That way when I hit my blinkers, the brake lights don't react? That way would be alot easier for me to signal up my amber corners.

Exactly how should they work. I don't have a 2g so inform me and I will try to make you a solution. Should the outside bulb also do brake and parking or just parking?

My friend wants to do it to his 95 gsx, I personally dont like the 2gA look but love the 95+ talon look

Im sure plenty of talons out there would be happy to trade bumpers,tailights,headlights,sideskirts with you
