my 95 talon to a 97 eclipse but the little harness it has for the license plate lights and reverse lights doesnt match the one to my car. How should I wire it up?

hi guys, sorry didn't want to start a new threat, as this one seemed appropriate.
i am thinking of doing the talon to eclipse conversion but just the rear end. i am going with red car (which is what i have now), black rims, black headlights, black eclipse taillights. anyone has any pics, that possibly done just the taillights conversion? i tried to search, but couldn't find anything, maybe i am blind or something, been searching for at least an hour now. or if anyone is good at photoshop, and can post what my thiing may look like when i am done, would be awesome. thanks guys. i dont want to change anything else about my talon, as i think its badass, and i think talons look way better than eclipec, except the rear, eclipse is sexy as hell in the back.

also this is what i'll need: eclipse taillights + bumper. correct?
i am not sure if ineed a wirining harness or anything else.
