convert 1g ecu to eprom

I ran across this site today while searching for a 1g eprom.

DSM Link 1G non-EPROM ECU conversion - GVautosport

Has anyone heard anything about this company? There was one post on the forum about this, but nobody seemed to be sure what they had did to the ecu.

For about that cost, you can buy a 1G ECU from ebay or someone off this forum.

I'd just go directly through ECMtuning to get this done. Not sure how GV can charge less...

I just found someone offering a 1g eprom for $145. He said he thought it came off a non-turbo vehicle. However, I ran the model number on it and it shows it came from a 1990 dsm turbo.
The model # is MD128625. Am I correct on this. It shows the letter E on the second line. Doesn't that stand for eprom?

ECMtuning.com has a list of known EPROM ECU on its web site, just match your number up with the one on the list.

It's on the list. wow. That's a good price for a rebuilt eprom.
