Control arm mounting bolt stuck

My mounting bolt to my lower control arm on my driver side is stuck. I think it's pinched in between the arm and mount. Can I just hammer it out? Only threaded at the end.

Yes it's only threaded on the end the nut goes on. I used a brass drift to drive it out on one side because I couldn't get a good grip on the head to pull on.

I just used an alan key and hammer

This just happened to me and i impact hammered it and it did nothing i ending up cutting it out...

Did you try putting a jack under the control arm

I didn't try putting a jack under it but how would it off that gotten the bolt out?

Takes pressure off the bolt
