Got a newb question. Got a set of eagle rods and wiseco piston. Is there a specific way they need to be, Talking about when you put the wrist pin in. Thanks frist engine build want to make sure its right.

this should help explain how to put them together...

http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/cylinder-head-short-block/342138-how-fix-balance-hang-pistons.html

when you look at the top of the pistons, you will see 2 large valve relifes on one side and 2 smaller valve relifes on the other side.... mount the pistons on the rods so the big valve relifes will match up with the Intake valves when the head is bolted on.

(some pistons have an arrow or dot or F on them.. these marking always point to the front of the block)

Thanks a lot I did search for hour and nothing came up guess I wasnt looking hard enough. Thanks again. So it doesnt matter which way the rod is mounted just when you put the piston in the block. Thats all I needed thanks. Back to finishing putting this pig back together :hellyeah:
