Confused and Frustrated

I recently installed a O2 dump housing on my 98 eclipse gst with a 6 bolt swap. While I was tightening down one of the bolts I accidentally hit the alternator with the wrench and sparks flew. I noticed that my alternator was no longer charging, so naturally I put a different one on. After the new alternator was installed and the battery was charged I started the car thinking everything would be normal. This was not the case. My windows wont roll down, when I turn on my headlights they stay on even if the switch is turned off, the horn will randomly start honking and continue honking until the 15 amp fuse is pulled, the car idles rough, and the new alternator is not charging the battery at all. Im lost as to where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the alternator fuse, it's a 100A fuse in the engine bay fuse box.
Your symptoms sounds like what happens what that fuse blows.

One of the guys on here wired up his and left a wire loose and it was over charging and caused some problems. May have also shorted a main relay or something along those lines.

Check the fuses, ground circuits, open circuits, run some tests with the stuff on and off

Check all fuses. Get a diagram, geck for open circuits grounded circuits and test the stuff that are messed up while on and off. See why theres no power on them and see why there hot at all time power
