Money spent on cars is money flushed down a toilet, and that's for bone-stock. Modifications tend to further reduce a car's value, unless you happen to find the one customer who really, really wants the specific mods that have been committed. If you happen to be that one customer, pass up the car. You'll be double-flushing your money if you don't.
