cold water leak

Hey guys and girls, I just parked at school and notice there was a small stream of liquid flowing from under my car. I touched it and it appears to be cold water, I didn't have time to look under the car because I was already late to class, but cold water? Wouldn't water/coolant be warm/hot?

Was your A/C on? I'd bet its the condensation from your A/C evaporator which is normal.

A/C shouldn't have been on, I had the top down =) sunny in Oregon surprisingly, but will double check after this 5 hour class =/

What color was the puddle; best help there.

It looked clear on my fingers and without any oily feeling.

Check the puddle when you are able to so you can verify the color. If it's clear, it's just water and it's either condensation or loose water from somewhere.

Will do, thanks for the replies guys. When I left home there was definitely no puddle of liquid under the car.

Most likely water, I've seen the condenser sweat a bit even with the A/C off.

+1 on water I have condenser sweat even without the ac on on many occasions
