2G Cold Start Idle Issue

I'm having an issue on cold starts where the rpms will fall down and I have to give the car some gas for 3 minutes otherwise it will stall. I replaced the ect sensor, fixed the boost leak, and the isc is good. If I unplug the maf sensor the rpms go up to around 1200, but the car idles steady and I've tried two different maf sensors already. If I drive the car cold it has no low end power and the boost kicks in very suddenly. Is this a bad fiav or something else?
