Seems off for me.

It seems to drive fine. I'm not sure how to check for a bad cylinder. Compression test, maybe? It had almost all 150 across the board 2 months ago with little use since then

Another cold start. Seems fine now. Will see if it sounds strange again in the morning.

Kinda sounds like you have an exhuast leak. They sound kinda like that....as if one cylinder is louder than the others. Check your exhaust manifold nuts and the turbo to mani nuts....and possibly the rest of the exhuast.

Will do those checks when I get home. I will make my profile when I get a few minutes, sorry about that.

Here's another cold start from this morning. Squeaking a bit. Maybe because it cold.. I will see when I get home. The engine was rebuilt in 2014.

I don't think it's a squeak I think it's an exhaust leak like mentioned before.

On the cold start use your hands to feel around the downpipe area by the alternator, and around the exhaust manifold. There should be no air movement in the engine bay with the fans off, so any air you "feel" moving with your hands is from an exhaust leak

I know with the high temp exhaust wrap they can seal in rust and actually cause cracking and rust. The people who recommend the high temp wrap usually recommend a high heat paint first, like bbq grille paint, to seal the metal surface from rusting

I had losened my exhaust for my clutch job. Either the bolts backed out or I didn't tighten them enough. When i went under the car i was able to losen one of the bolts with my hand.
Problem seems to be resolved.
