So i know alot of people have different opinion on dropping a dsm.... however IM GOING TO LOL, ill be installing them on sunday, gonna drop it 2 1/2 -3 inches ill post some pics once i get her dropped:thumb:

Three inches is alot to drop a DSM. Two inches is the most i've heard of to drop the car.

my advice is don't, with a sport line eibach spring kit, (i think its almost 2 inches) and my 17's low profile tire, i am almost scrapping the ground in certain spots. Sure the car looks badass, but i cant go to a regular garage for alignments (car to low to get on lifts) I go like 3-5mph top over a railroad crossing, and cant even go up some of my friends driveways. Basically 3inchs would be amazing for a show car, but not more more than that, i wouldn't recommend going much over 1.5inches

well, i have a 94 civic ex with 17' low pros and i dropped her 4" :) seems to be fine, and im used to go like 2 mph over tracks, i even did that in my tahoe that was sittin on 22" rims with low pros so i think that wont be a prob for me

now jsut doing coilovers and no adjustments on hardware you will have uneven tire wear, and you will be looking at a expensive ride because you will go thru your shocks quickly too.

then you will be bouncing all over the place, now that is priceless!

i just dropped my talon on coilovers... not sure how many inches, but the bottom of the front bumper (2gb eclipse bumper) in about 5" off the ground and thats on 18x7.5 with 225/40's

Camber kits are cheap. If you can't afford one then you can't afford coilovers.

really yoooo?? sorry to break this to you but hey i bought coil overs and did i say i couldnt afford a camber kit? naw i ddint so get the #### outta my threat unless you got some constructive to say

I dropped my GSX 1.75 inches and it sagged to around 2. I can barely make it anywhere without scrapping the exhaust right under where I sit. Anything over 2 inches is asking for trouble.

My Bad daaaawg i dint mean to stomp on ## threat yeah dat drop is gonna look mad tyte yo ever1 else jus hatin dawg so keep it realz

woah your car was riding high what size tires are you running? Yeah thats more like 2" and looks fine but please dont go much more than that.

Just to keep in mind every performance car out there does not look like an old cadillac with the wheels hidden under the body so why would you want yours to?

I'd keep it right there and throw some 17s and 18s on it and then adjust the coilovers after that.
