I think my factory coil system is getting tired, a few months ago if I were to push the car to 20 lbs it was fine, now if I do anything over 15 it blows the spark out and stumbles,
So I bought some dodge coil on plugs ( the ones everyone makes coil on plug setups out of ) and made my self a plate and wired in the coils, The car idles great and runs fine and much smoother until I thy to boost on it. If I put any load at al the car stumbles bad and kicks raw fuel out the tail pipe, So I pulled the set up out and put in 4 plugs and watched it spark in the air and it makes a weak spark, where as the factory wires will jump to the valve cover even without a plug, so for some reason the coils are making a weak spark, The plate is grounded to the valve cover and if I hold it up in the air a little I can watch the spark go from the plug back to the plate and into the coil. the resistance in all the wires is low about .2 ohms so I don’t have a broken wire, the coils are getting 12V, I wires 1and 4 in series and 2 and 3 in series just as the instructions on the AEM web page, so I am stumped, I do not want to buy a new coil pack from Mitsubishi because they are like 150$.

Any help would be great, Thanx for listening.
