I found that my wastegate on my Gt30 is leaking pressure and closing up on me. SO being that it is a slowboy turbo i called them up to order. Monday i get a price of 100 bucks plus shipping. I think on this overnight and Tuesday Evening after work i call them up to make the order. They tell me it would be shipped UPS from a warehouse in Cali, so knowing that is going to be a 5 day ship i pay the extra money to have it shipped 2 day. Because next week I'm flying out of state and there won't be anyone here at my house to receive or sign for the package for a week. Well today is friday and no wastegate. Plus i wanted to have it installed before i left because the following sunday is the DSM meet and i won't be home until saturday night. I call them up and they tell me it was shipped on thursday evening (instead of wednesday). So now it won't be delivered until monday, Which i won't get it till Saturday and that's if it wasn't sent so there would need a signature or if someone hasn't stole the box off my doorstep.
Then my buddy has a SBR FMIC kit on his 1ga and he wanted the piping to turn his draw through setup into a blow-through. They gave him his price and told him it would ship tuesday (talked to them on monday). Well he got a call wed saying that they needed another 80 bucks to have the bov flange welded to the pipe. He told them screw that just send me my piping and couplers and I'll get it welded myself. Well his stuff comes and it's only 1 pipe with the bov welded on it and a 90 degree coupler 6inches on either side of the bend. So they shorted him his couplers in return for welding the flange. Which he didn't ask them to do or even agree on.
In short they just lost 2 customers today for life.
