After being gone for a couple of weeks for my annual training, my clutch started slipping as soon as I'd go even a little into boost.

Sometimes when I first start driving it the clutch doesn't slip at all, then I go do some things, drive again, get on it a little and its slipping again. I'm pretty sure the clutch is done.

Right now I have a act 2600 and lightweight flywheel. I'm taking it apart in a couple of days, just wondering what clutch I should go with.
Can I reuse my pressure plate and just buy a replacement disc?(I was thinking a 6 puck unsprung)
So far I know I need to get the flywheel resurfaced, order a new tob, fork, and pivot ball, anything else?
My power goals are just whatever I can get out of my 14b w/ 18g wheel, maybe a 50 trim if I get bored of that too quickly.

Any ideas? Just get a new disc? new kit all together?

Thanks

If the pressure plate is good then I'd say reuse it, resurface the flywheel, and get a replacement disk. But if you want peace of mind and don't want to drop the trans for a very long time, I'd get a whole new setup. South Bend SS/TZ is a very good clutch kit. Same price as ACT 2600, lighter pedal, and holds more torque than the full face disks. Not to mention no reports of broken fingers and failing hubs.

Those South Bend clutches look tempting... I'm taking everything apart tomorrow, how exactly will I know if my pressure plate is still good?

adjust the master cylinder rod

Just tried it, didn't work, and I noticed there's play in the pedal before it pushes down on the rod, time to pull out the pedal assembly for the second time and just have it welded. :ohdamn:
