So i have bleed the system many times and still have not came up with any ideas why my car isn't disengaging. I replaced the slave cylinder and master cylinder with oem and I have yet to get my car to shift well. The clutch line is also a steal braided line. The pedal assembly was sent to shep less then 6 months ago. The adjustment for the master cylinder is also adjusted to the point, right before the valve in the master cylinder.
Only problem I see:
When i push in my clutch i can pull up on the clutch pedal quite a bit. There is sensor that is backed all the way out, however i don't come close to reaching it. I believe it is a cruise sensor. Anyways, my clutch pedal isn't as high as my brake pedal.
I also looked at the position of the clutch fork and it is centered so I know not enough fluid is traveling through the line to disengage the clutch.
Any thoughts? I plan on ripping out the assembly tonight or tomorrow just to make sure. Shep said that if I was to send it in they would look at it however they have had only one pedal assembly come back and someone twisted the main shaft....With a lot of force. I know i didn't do this so I'm wondering if either there's a way to tell if its bad by looking at it, or if I should just send it in since I can still pull up on the clutch. Ideas? Thoughts?
