So i have bleed the system many times and still have not came up with any ideas why my car isn't disengaging. I replaced the slave cylinder and master cylinder with oem and I have yet to get my car to shift well. The clutch line is also a steal braided line. The pedal assembly was sent to shep less then 6 months ago. The adjustment for the master cylinder is also adjusted to the point, right before the valve in the master cylinder.
Only problem I see:
When i push in my clutch i can pull up on the clutch pedal quite a bit. There is sensor that is backed all the way out, however i don't come close to reaching it. I believe it is a cruise sensor. Anyways, my clutch pedal isn't as high as my brake pedal.
I also looked at the position of the clutch fork and it is centered so I know not enough fluid is traveling through the line to disengage the clutch.
Any thoughts? I plan on ripping out the assembly tonight or tomorrow just to make sure. Shep said that if I was to send it in they would look at it however they have had only one pedal assembly come back and someone twisted the main shaft....With a lot of force. I know i didn't do this so I'm wondering if either there's a way to tell if its bad by looking at it, or if I should just send it in since I can still pull up on the clutch. Ideas? Thoughts?

So you think the weld cracked?

Well I was able to get it out. Only took an hour which wasn't to bad. I want to upload a video so I can show you what it looks like. I notice that there are no cracks on the welds at the end of the rod however i notice that there is freeplay in the assembly. Ill upload a video so you can see, maybe it will be easier to show.

Well heres a video. Let me know what you think. Sorry it was 2 in the morning when i took this so... yeah LOL

Well shep was able to take a look at the pedal assembly today and i guess something internal was the problem. I was told that the shaft was broke internally. He was very understanding and replaced and fixed everything. Shep FTW. Once i get it back i will install it and look to see, again, if the fork is bottoming out or if anything else is wrong with the system. Seems weird that the shaft broke, however it did happen. Ill keep this thread updated to see if i can find anything once its back together.

Well that's good nothing big was the problem. After I said it was the weld I was like it is most likely be something internal. Hahah

I just had mine done by shep, first off they are the best . There customer service is a plus and so is there work from my experience. I did notice that when your pedal clutch was all the way up it would not contact with the cruise control switch. Mine did, so I dont know if the weld was done at a lower point or like was said by sheps peeps the lever or rod was defective. Mine is working like a charm but what I couldnt do was set my slave to the point where the valve close's in the master cylinder, dont know why. But the rod on my clutch cylinder is almost to the last couple threads dont know if all all like that with a act clutch? Well hope all goes good with your issue. Try checking that the pedal touches the switch when you get the pedal back just for shits.

Well i got the clutch assembly back and bam! I have all of the gears again. I talked with shep and i guess the moon shaped piece broke. Maybe have been due to excessive heat when it was welded. Either way I got it back in and it was binding a little. So i lessened up all of the bolts holding it in place and it sprung back like normal.
All is good now! Plus I can finally shift into reverse! I wasn't able to before due to be locked out of gears.
