Alright,

When I first start my car in the morning, I have to press teh clutch all the way down to get it in gear, then after some driving, the pedal engages a little bit higher like it always has. What could be wrong?

You need to adjust the master. This happened to me too.. Make sure there is about an inch of play in the pedal before it even moves the clutch. You might not have enough. You can adjust the stop so that you have more play in the pedal. (curse control switch) But make sure the engagement is almost at the top.

Has your clutch pedal assembly been welded yet? Mine would do the exact same thing before it was welded. When it was cold it would shift really bad, I would have to push the clutch pedal all the way to the floor just to get it to go into gear at all. If I turned the heater on and had it blowing all the hot air on the floor the clutch would start to disengage better and better the warmer the pedal got and after awhile it would be perfect until it cooled back down.
