just brought a talon yesterday, i wasnt sure it the clutch was bad or the trans was bad.. shift fine into gear fine. but does not move, no grinds, when I press gas in gear the speedo goes up and car goes no where.. need help, im assuming its the clutch

Yes, your correct. Your clutch is not enguaging. Hopefully, it dosn't cost a ton for you but, if you're going to look for a good, cheap clutch use the search feature and look for Spec- Stage 2. They are very nice, 4 puck for the strip or 6 puck for the street.

I have to disagree. You have something is wrong with the transmission if the speedometer is moving and the car is not.

If the speedometer is moving and the car isnt, I think you might just have a broken axle

Being AWD, I would think if one of the axles is broken the car will still move. When I broke my center differential I could still drive my car, I just had no power going to my rear wheels.
