Clutch Fork/pivot ball clip

Does anybody know where to get the retaining clip for the pivot ball that goes on the clutch fork? I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere, I don't wan't a used one.

I think you have to buy a new fork. The dealer by me said it doesn't come seperate.

They told me the same thing. I really don't want to buy a $65 clutch fork to get a $4 part. Oh well, thanks for the help guys.

What clip? I just put on a new clutch fork and pivot ball and don't recall any clip, besides the one that goes on the throw out bearing...uh oh..

The clip is riveted onto the clutch fork so it was probably on there when you installed it. It's a retaining clip so the fork will stay on the pivot ball. Mine cracked so I need a new one.

If you're careful with the install you shouldn't need the clip anyway.

Why wouldn't you need the clip?

The clip is only to keep it in place while you install the tranny. Once the slave is pushing on it it won't go anywhere.
