After installing my new clutch fork and pivot ball my fork moves a decent amount and I'm pissed cuz I don't wanna take the tranny off again haha.

I took a video of it

...ok now I feel like an idiot... haha. I kind of thought that it should be a bit tighter on the ball tho. Had bad clutch drag before and replaced parts so I'm probably being to picky...

I dont think just the new fork and pivot ball are going to solve your problem. Looks to me like you may need to shim the pivot ball. When holding the fork towards the passenger side you want it to be just slightly to the driver side of the inspection hole. Yours seems to be on the passenger side of the hole which is probably why you are having drag issues.

I was thinking the same thing. OP did you get your flywheel resurfaced? If so you will definitely need to shim the pivot ball

The flywheel is brand new, never been resurfaced

It's a lightweight flywheel from competition. My clutch, clutch fork, and pivot ball are from them too
