I am running a XTD Stage 4 6 puck unsprung, Extended rod, TRE stage 2 trans, new TOB, new clutch fork, I just replaced the Master Cylinder yesterday since the old one was leaking in the boot. The stiffness of the pedal isnt as stiff as when I first put the clutch in as well. but I am pretty sure I got all the air out. With the MC Rod adjusted to the last thread I still get hard shifting, and the clutch grabs maybe an inch or so from the floor but it feels like it drags the clutch. I dont know whats going on. I used to be able to drive it no problem but then this problem arised and I need help solving it. Thanks

When was the slave last replaced?

With all new parts (master, slave, fork, and fulcrum), you should not need the extended slave rod. It's just a bandaid.

the slave is maybe a year old? it does make a squeak noise when depressed though, but no fluid is leaking out of it.

problem still here, Master-Slave is now a SS line, Rebuilt OEM Master, Slave is a kragen and doesnt leak. Still have a dragging issue, and a High RPM 3rd gear grind on fast shifts. TRE stage 2 has 1400 miles as well as a New Fidanza Lightened Flywheel. Please help as a local is pulling my trans today. What do you all think?

Rebuild your pedal assembly, and have it welded. With no other changes i went from a dragging clutch, to having to turn the rod about 1/2 way in to get the clutch to engage halfway through the pedal movement. This is after replacing everything else.

oh yea, i already pulled the assembly and had it welded. I forgot about that aha.

Bump. so I have a OEM Pivot Ball, clutch fork on my gvr4. OEM Master and a OEM Slave with a SS line. Bled many times, and the pedal comes back up no problem but doesnt have any "feel" to it. Its adjusted, but the clutch still engages right off the floor. There is a Squeak noise coming from the trans area as I push the clutch pedal in, and theres a noise that NinjaX said maybe a TOB issue because it sounds like its grinding on the pressure plate. Whats the Chances of a OEM Throw out bearing with 1400 miles to fail? The Clutch had 14 k before i put it in, and I put a new Fidanza lightened flywheel in it 1400 miles ago. The clutch is a XTD Stage 4 unsprung 6 puck. Id like to get a good feel on this since NinjaX is working on my car and its 2 hours away from my house.
