Just noticed today when I press clutch in it will click also when I release the clutch it clicks

Bled clutch a few months ago and fluid level is still topped off.
Any ideas what it could be?

That or its the bushings or pedal assembly. They wear out and cause issues and should be checked out.

Sounds like it's coming from the clutch assembly, I'm going to look at the bushings when there is light out.
Take it from someone who has been plagued by the squeekiest, loudest, popping clutch assembly...

Get a rag, place it behind the pedal, and spray the crap out of the assembly with wd40. Also, work the pedal in and out while spraying.

At minimum, you have a neutral safety switch down there (can't remember if there are other switches down there as well but I think there is another). I also like the suggestions regarding lubrication and identifying whether this happens when the car is off or on.

I had a miata that had a switch/button on the clutch pedal assembly that was plastic and broke off making a loud clicking sound every time i pressed the clutch. I just zip tied it so it would make noise anymore. Just crawl under and scope it out.
