Okay so to start it off its a 98 gst with stock t25 I was driving it back home and I guess the dipstick blew out well on the way home it was acting funny, when we got it home popped the hood and oil was everywhere the dipstick was next to the intake manifold and had like 1 qt of oil left, so I changed the oil the next morning and started it up was blowing white smoke idling at 1.5-1.7k rpms kinda rough no ticking or none of that. So I took off the turbo off, it was completely loaded with oil so was the IC and some specks of oil all the way to the throttle body. so I took the turbo off thinking it was it rebuilt it put it back on and same issue white smoke at idle high idle and big puffs of smoke when revving it up almost killing the car then back to high idle and lighter smoking and oil coming from a small hair crack on the exhaust manifold so I'm out of ideas could it be extreme blowby from bad rings? or bad valve seals oh and 3 of the 4 ex. ports looked wet from oil.
 
With bad valve seals you would burn oil blue in color. Have you let the car warm up to see if it's going to overheat? Blow by past rings is possible, but I think exhaust gases are passing the head gasket. Remove plugs and look for coolant. Especially if you can get your hands on a coolant pressure tester and check it under pressure
 
well it holds preesure in the collant hoses fine, and i havent lost any coolant, ive lost bout a qt of oil from 20 mins of it runnings from it pushing oil into the ex manifold, and the oil isnt milky or discolored in anyway, so i was thinking servere excessive blowby i mean the first 3 ex. ports are wet and the last one was dry thats what doesnt make any sense im thinking a re-ring and new HG could fix it but id like some input on that before i dive money in and it could be simpler than that. sounds like turbo seals might be blown. is there oil in the exh. ports and turbine housing as well?

past that, if it really is white smoke and not tinted blue, you might want to do a leakdown test to check if youre pushing coolant.
 
excuse my idiocy but what does a leakdown test do and also what do you meaning pushing coolant, also what other turbo seals i just completely rebuilt it and put it back on and its doing exactly what it did before i rebuilt it i bought a new dipstick also because the o-rings were bad on my other one
 
leak down test pressurizes the cylinders and will allow you to see if there is pressure escaping through the head gasket, rings, valve seals, valves etc. you would need to buy or rent a tester.

if the turbo is still doing the same thing it was before you rebuilt it, then the center cartridge might be bad, or the issue isnt the turbo.

did you check for oil in the exh ports? you do have at least some blow-by due to the dipstick popping out, but that may have led to the turbo going out, due to lack of oil.
 
okay ill see if i cant rent one soon, also i cant tell if it could be the turbo because when i start it smoke comes from the exhaust ports well inbetween the mani and head then as it gets warmer then smoke progressivly gets thicker. Also when i take off the mani the exhaust gasket is drenched and the ports look wet except last port closest to battery

Is the center cartidge your talking about the metal piece right outside the intake side bearing?
 
If you have a vacuum gauge you can insert it with a tapered nipple into the dipstick tube. Make sure it's snug and let it run to see how much pressure (blow by) or vacuum (valve train issue) it has. Leak down test is much more efficient. But if you have a compression tester check compression compare the wet cylinders to the dry one
