I just got a 96 eclipse the heat and ac aren't working at all I noticed that the wires coming from the climate control knows isn't hooked to anything can seem to find where it goes

Start by checking fuses 11 and 13. Not just visually but with a volt meter or testlight. Key on ensure the fuses have voltage on both legs.

By legs i mean those little pieces of metal you see on the left and right side of the 10. They should both have voltage.

Update I discovered the previous owners had the blower motor set up on a toggle switch but It was shorting out so they took the switch out I found the short and got a new toggle switch good to go now
