Cleaning the head after spun rod bearing big allen head?

I have disassembled the head other than the valve guides and the 3 large allen head plugs at the bottom. I am not sure if they need to be removed. They look like a passage for coolant but I am unsure.
 
no.. do NOT remove the big allen plugs, they block off coolent.
 
remove the seals and replace, DO NOT REMOVE THE GUIDES, unless you intend to replace them and cut the valve seats and reset your spring tention...

I would test your valve springs, I would bet if you have the OE springs they are flat by now most are.
