Didn't SBR.com used to offer cheapish OEM Pistons? The last build I did was a 6bolt build in a 2g back in 2006 and with this car I wanted some OEM'ish pistons that did not come from Ebay. I searched and couldn't find enough good feedback on NPR pistons (or any ebay piston for that matter).

Anyone know where I can get some OEM style (and quality) pistons? Or maybe should I just call SBR?

thanks

Call Joe at SBR, better yet send him a PM and ask for NPR pistons. They are the company that makes OEM mitsu pistons. I stress contact Joe for best service at SBR.

Yeah you can get them off ebay. just have to search for NPR pistons. They range in price some has rings some don't.

I'll throw another good word up for NPR. Lots of people have used them in cheap stock rebuilds, I myself have and they are working great (almost to 500 mile break in!)

I got a great deal at the shop i got rings and pistons when i got my engine, i didnt mind spending the money when i got a free engine.
