Choosing a color, help.

I am having my fp manifold ceramic coated and my vavle cover powercoated by a local shop.

I am thinking about going with wrinkle black, but I have always wanted to do a color that really popped without looking completely out of place.

The manifold will be ceramic coated depending on the valve cover, they offer 3 high temp colors.

I would go wit gloss white stage two, that would look slick, yet still slightly stock-ish, so not out of place. the gloss black looks pretty sexy to tho

If I had a gray car I would get it candy blue with chrome smoke base.

i had a 97 gst the same color as your talon, i got a red wrinkle valvecover with polished lettering, loved it.

I would do something different that pops but isn't like shit!! I think the dark purple would look good with the metallic silver high temp.

Ivory. Like a high-gloss eggshell or something. Black lettering.

Ok so Im pulling off the valve cover monday and having it coated, Im stuck between gloss black, wrinklw black, and gloss white.

I dont have a up to date picture. I also have a mr catch can, were the cruise used to be, a aluminum radiator. In the process of building a stainless heat sheild of the exhaust.

I say either gloss black or a gunmetal grey to match the color of the car..... white will not match your car...

I would say gloss white, it may not match but it would look sleek. If you insist on matching do a charcoal with a blake flake possibly. It will look nice either way though.

bright colors go a long way.just look at your car and think of what other color would go well with grey...i would maybe do like a purple as an example,to set off the engine bay.....

Looks real good. I wish i had gone with a better color, i choose my favorite color more than what would look best.

I didnt take into consideration of all the little things like couplers n what not. I plan on going ALL black with just the silver and chrome and then PURPLE!

Who did yours bud? HP coating did mine and did a good job! Its a Candy Navy Blue!...Looks purple alot depending on lighting!
