if i get my ecu socketed and i get a dsmchip set for 650s, and a set of 650s, do i still need a fuel controller or can i run it like that with a little bit o boost. i will eventually get a gmmaf and trans.

can i run 650s with a chip set for them without running pig rich all the time?
thanks

You can and it will run good. Tell the guys what brand of 650s you are getting and they will burn the chip so that those are the "default injectors then you can tweek it from there... they even allow you to adjust for "dead time" which not many other fuel controller can do. IMHO, they have the best ecu control for the price :thumb: I have pte 650s. I sent my EPROM ecu in and got it back within a few days with my old chip and my new chip. I also have MAFT. I have not installed DSMLink yet... but I will as soon as i confirm the knock i am getting is phantom knock. go here: http://www.dsmlink.com/ .

Yes. I have dsmlink and 650's. Didnt touch any of the fuel trims when I got the car back and it was programmed fro the 650's. Very good buy IMO.

I think he asked about a Keydiver chip not DSMlink.

The answer is pretty much the same, yes you can run without any other fuel controller. The changes to the chip will get you close enough that the car will run well but there is always room to tune and since injectors vary from batch to match (especially PTE injectors) without flow testing yours it's hard to be exact when burning the chip.

The other guys answers about DSMlink are correct.
