Hey I made a brackit that attaches to the wastegate actulator arm that is spring loaded and lets the flapper open fully like it should. It still stays closed at low boost and no, I didn't extend the wg arm. Now with this on it holds 17 psi all the time and no lag or creep what so ever! No need for the 34mm flapper although I'd like to be running 15psi!
This is my most curent run briefly
Low fuel trim 100%
middle 100%
high 100%
o2 voltage is at .85 to .87 at above 4000rpms
in first 2nd and third gears
No knock
Timing could be a little better but not bad
lowest was 19 deg I think
After the 2nd or 3rd run my intercooler was hot as h### and everything leaned out after that so, my smic and injectors suck big time!
The biggest problem is my injector duty cycle was 117.9% so I am getting 660's and a fmic next.
Thanks for your help spoolntsi, canadiantsi, and anconover!
