Check Engine Light popping up

I recently removed some of the vaccum off of my car which includes:
The vaccum tubes mounted on the firewall
The vaccum tube tray mounted under the intake
I "U" the throttle body vaccum
Blocked the EGR with sheet metal

Now my Check Engine Light is popping up after 30sec. I checked the battery terminals and it still did the same thing. I put my datalogger on and there is knock during idle now. What do you think it could be?

OK, I figured out how to check the code and it says "31".
