check engine light help

I took my car to have the check engine light ran, it came back with two codes. one being the "barometric pressure sensor" and the other a short in the mass airflow.

My question is what is a barometric pressure sensor and how do i replace it?

It is inside the MAFS. Replace the MAFS.
