Check engine light blinks then fades away

This only happens on start up, the light starts blinking then fades away as it warms up. At least that's what it seems like. Any insite to this, or comments or suggestions? This is on a completely stock 93 talon tsi awd 5 SPD
 
Codes are stored on the ECU for later so even if the light is not on it can be read.
 
Mine does that randomly while driving once in a blue moon. I've checked the DTCs in ECMLink and there is never anything there. I just ignore it, unless it stays on for 20 seconds or longer. In that case, i pull over and restart the car/restart the ecu. But i just found out my caps were leaking. So that might have been the cause.
