cheapest i found was arouns 130$....

what hi flow are you using? and how much?

having trouble finding a cheap hi flow

Check ebay. They have magnaflow cats and catco cats for usually around $60 shipped. Just make sure your getting a catalytic converter and not a restrictor (you should be safe with those two brands).

yeah, 12sec92Tsi was right. but i would go with a tp, found here . also, sbr also offers a few, which can be found here . it all depends on what size and material you want, and how much you're willing to spend

oh yeah, and (depending on your mods) you will be able to get about 215-50hp increase by replacing the oem cat with a tp

Every once in a while, Road Race will throw a used hi flow cat on ebay for around 75 bucks or so. Just keep an eye out.

I got a RRE high flow cat and RRE downpipe for 150 bucks total through ebay.

That ebay Catco cat says you need to have an o2 bung welded on. Does the Magnaflow cat need one welded or does it come with one? Will the Catco fit a Apex'i N1 exhaust?

The DSM 2nd O2 sensor is mounted in the piping after the cat. I don't know if that'll matter.

thnx alot guys! =) picked up that one on ebay fro 35 =))

Let me know how that works. I was thinking of buying one too but my downpipe eliminates the cat and I don't know how much a muffler shop will charge to integrate the cat in there. I wonder if they would just weld it on or if they would just weld flanges to bolt it on to the downpipe and catback. I think I'll paythem a visit tomorrow.

yea my DP eliminates the cat also.... but i dont wanna change the whole friken exhaust everytime i need an inspection.

i gotta buddy who can weld awesome so hes hookin me up =)

i might get flanges on all ends then use a test pipe inbetween inspections... :sneaky:
