i was reading that i can change the timing&balance shaft belt with the harmonic balancer still on the car just the 4-12mm bolts taken out not the center bolt? is this true?

The 4 bolts hold the harmonic balancer on, the center bolt holds the crank sprocket on. You don't have to remove the center bolt but the balancer has to come off in order to remove the timing cover.
i feel like the special kid now i gave that big bolt my best shot today but my impact is a lil tired and it wouldnt budge it i had the little bolts loose i just didnt take them all the way out stupid me thank you so much for clearing that up for me
