change of plans...need help!!

hey guys i just recented post a 12 sec that i was gonna do...but unfortnately that changed and now most of funds are being directed towards painting the car.
i dont have much money left but im hoping this setup i have will be SAFE and produce some good power for the time being.

k&n with no air can
accel 8mm wires
bpr7es
DSMBC
boost gauge
2.5 inch downpipe SS
electric cutout
IC hard piping 2.5inch w/3inch intake pipe
Fuel pump rewire
Good tires
performance clutch
i have read up some posts and it has been suggested to run 16psi to stay SAFE???
and lastly can i ditch an AFC for now or will i yield more power if i have one? is the car tunable without one? most likely i will let a shop tune it for me since i dunt want to mess around.
leme know guys please as i am awaiting to go and get whatever needed. thanks

if you're gonna let a shop tune it, they'll let you know if you can drive at 16psi. If it was me I'd set it at 15 but that's just me.
