Ceramic coating manifold

i got a metal turbular header custom made for my 63t turbo
i am undecided whether to ceramic coat it or not

i have searched the site for ceramic coating topics, but none were in detail
i know sites that have ceramic coating services praise their coating

but what are the advantages ?
is it as good as thermal wrap
will it reduce the lifespan and cause cracks ?

same goes to the turbine housing, should i should i not coat it.

In theory it should act as an effective heat barrier. And i dont see why it would reduce the life and cause cracks. I would like to get mine coated eventualy. But i would like a lot of things for my dsm haha.
